Refunds & Cancellations
This page explains how Arrevox subscriptions, cancellations and refund requests are handled.
1. Subscriptions
Arrevox paid plans are subscription-based and billed through Stripe. Plan pricing and billing periods are shown at checkout.
2. Cancelling a subscription
Users can cancel their subscription from the billing area or by contacting sean@azzurroblue.co.uk. Cancellation normally stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
3. Refunds
Because Arrevox is a digital subscription service, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where we choose to offer a refund at our discretion.
4. When we may consider a refund
- Duplicate payment;
- Clear billing error;
- Technical issue that prevented meaningful use of the paid service and could not be resolved;
- Accidental charge reported promptly;
- Other cases we consider fair and reasonable.
5. No guarantee-based refunds
We do not offer refunds simply because an invoice was not paid, because Arrevox does not guarantee payment recovery.
6. Consumer cancellation rights
If you are using Arrevox as a consumer rather than for business purposes, you may have statutory cancellation rights under UK distance selling rules. Digital services can have specific rules, especially where you ask for access to start immediately. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
7. How to request cancellation or refund
Email sean@azzurroblue.co.uk. Please include:
- Account email;
- Plan;
- Date of charge;
- Reason for request.
8. Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
