1. About Arrevox

Arrevox is software provided by AZZURRO BLUE LTD that helps businesses generate and send professional invoice reminder emails. Arrevox is not a debt collection agency, law firm, financial adviser, accountant, or guarantee of payment recovery.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a contract and use Arrevox lawfully. If you are using Arrevox for a company, you confirm you have authority to act on its behalf.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account security, for providing accurate information, and for activity that takes place under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not:

• use Arrevox unlawfully;
• send threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, misleading or spam messages;
• upload data they are not allowed to use;
• attempt to bypass security, usage limits, billing, or access controls;
• use Arrevox to impersonate others;
• use Arrevox for illegal debt collection or unlawful pressure.

5. User content and responsibility

You are responsible for your invoice/customer data, payment links, logos, branding, email text, edited content and sent messages. You must review AI-generated content before sending.

6. AI content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. It is a drafting aid only and is not legal, financial, accounting, or debt recovery advice.

7. Email sending

Arrevox may send emails using verified Arrevox sending infrastructure. Users may set display names, reply-to emails and branding, but this does not mean emails are sent from the user's own verified domain unless that feature is introduced later.

8. Payment links

Users may add their own payment links. Arrevox is not responsible for external payment platforms, third-party checkout pages, failed payments, or disputes between users and their customers.

9. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, usage limits and plan features are shown on the pricing page. Users should keep their payment details up to date.

10. Usage limits

Plans may include limits on generated reminders and sent emails. We may enforce, change or update limits to protect the service.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Arrevox available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. No guarantee of results

Arrevox does not guarantee that invoices will be paid, paid faster, or recovered.

13. Intellectual property

Arrevox, the website, software, design, branding and related materials belong to AZZURRO BLUE LTD or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own uploaded company branding, logos and business content.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, non-payment, security risk, or unlawful use.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrevox and AZZURRO BLUE LTD are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, lost data, unpaid invoices, customer disputes, or reliance on generated content.

16. Liability that cannot be excluded

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.
